Welcome to the lens through which I see the world.

My name is Akacia Sage. I am a Medicine Woman, Multidisciplinary Facilitator and Leadership Mentor.

I am also an artist at heart, gridworker, nature lover and obsessed with delicious, heart-warming food. 

My mission is anchored in guiding men and women to lead from heart-integrity, energetic mastery and deeper impact. 

My spaces are anchored in ancient wisdom with energetic embodiment work to bring a deeply transformative, integrative approach to self and collective leadership for the Leaders & Visionaries with a mission on their hearts called to walk alongside the Earth during this time of evolution.

Through this process a return to the remembering of the Alpha and Omega is initiated. Alpha & Omega embodiment goes beyond polarity teachings of masculine and feminine and into the heart of self-mastery in leadership and lovership in devotion to the path of body-based, cellular transformation guided by the pillars of earth, eros, voice and body.

This work doesn’t open you to anything that isn’t already innately within you - it's a returning to your truth - you ARE the medicine.

With 8 placements in my first house, part of my role in this life is to surrender identities, die and be reborn over and over and open to the oneness that pulses within each of us.

As I share the sheddings that come through my personal journey, it serves as an offering and permission slip for others to die to themselves, open to life itself and to allow the divine to pierce through their being in a way that awakens them to the truth & mastery within them.

My story...

My journey of awakening has taken me through healing from the grief of death, healing dis-ease, recovering from PTSD & returning to the safety of my body and nervous system after years of dysregulation, emotional overwhelm and poor health. 

The shadow became a portal for cellular healing and I walked with the dark for a few years. 

As my healing journey deepened the path of Service called deeper. I opened my practice through energy healing, which then expanded into supporting women return to the medicine and wisdom of their wombs - reclaiming their voice, sexual embodiment and innate pleasure blueprint free from shame, conditioning and distortions from the collective field. 

As the work developed, I began to hold space for men too to return to the innate wisdom of the body and meet this as a path for leadership. Women leading from womb wisdom and Men leading from Heart knowing. 

I went on to train and certify in 4 energy healing certifications, tantric embodiment coaching, women's circle training & medicine woman initiation. 

As the journey progressed I came to a deeper understanding that this path of evolution goes far beyond modalities and certifications. As time passed I saw more and more disembodiment in the space of spiritual awakening and I saw a pattern that had initiated me early on - leadership as a template for integral integrated embodiment. 

This is where leadership became the focus of the mission. 

Journeys to Ibiza, Egypt, Greece & Bali showed me how deeply the Earth was calling for a new wave of leadership - one that stewards not extracts, one that holds the lands to be sacred, not as a resource. One that truly calls us home to our hearts and no longer feeds the patterns of distortion that have masked our true wisdom and authenticity as a humanity. 

I now lead immersive deep-dive trainings to initiate leaders of this time into the HEART and ancient code of their leadership - one that cannot be learnt through a step-by-step program of someone else's but activated through the mirror and medicine of what is already held within. 

The journeys bridge worlds, activate the potency of Alpha & Omega and open those who are called to step into the arena of life - to unearth the shadow and alchemise the gold into deep embodied mastery.
